How do I add a new patient?

Go to the Dashboard and tap 'Add Loved One'. You only need to provide a nickname — no personal information is required.

How does family sharing work?

In Settings, tap 'Generate Share Code'. A time-limited code will be created that family members can use to join and monitor the patient's health data. Codes are valid for 2 hours.

Is my health data secure?

Yes. We use Google Cloud's enterprise-grade security. No personal identifying information is stored — only nicknames. Medical reports and test results are stored locally on your device, not in the cloud.

How does the AI OCR feature work?

Simply photograph your blood pressure monitor, glucometer, or other medical device screen. Our AI reads the display and automatically extracts the values, eliminating manual data entry.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Which devices are supported?

VitalsNode is available for iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later.
